Our cooperative research programs provide aerospace systems and equipment developers an opportunity to use advanced UAV aircraft to integrate and test their technologies on. This results in a better  selection for TAG customers and enhanced sales and market opportunities for participating companies. We offer several programs to provide UAV support, equipment and systems vendors with the opportunity to test, develop or certify  their technologies. Development Programs Development programs are available for equipment, support and UAV systems designers/manufacturers that have, or are developing UAV or related products and require a rotary aircraft for dynamic  flight testing. Typical candidates would be: Servos, actuators, mechanical systems Engine and turbine developers Flight computers and flight data recorders Instrumentation, flight data translators Telemetry systems, video and data downlinks Flight control systems, flight automation Ground control stations, GCS software UAV payloads such as EO/IR, SAR, Lidar Software development Sensory systems Rotor and tail blades Recovery and fail safe systems Launch and retrieval systems Weapons development Development requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis. This program consists of dynamic flight and application tests to certify your equipment on TAG UAVs. Approved equipment, devices and systems will be given a type acceptance and be provided documented procedures to be operationally integrated or installed on our aircraft. Once certified, they can be offered to TAG clients as plug and play solutions.
